Our GOswim journey is powered by Active World app. Active World was specifically designed to improve communication and interaction between our swim school and swimmers.

Your self managed personal portal will enable you to:
- View upcoming classes
- Book new classes
- Advise of us of your non-attendance and book make-up lessons
- Track learning pathways and progression
- Receive digital awards for effort, teamwork, perseverance and having FUN!
- Send and receive messages to the Centre staff
- Manage personal and billing details

Our memberships are powered by Active World, our easy-to-use app. In preparation for the centre opening we encourage you to download the app to manage your membership and in-centre experience.
The Active World app was specifically designed to improve communication and interaction between our members and our team.
Follow the steps to join
1. Download the Active World App and select Sign Up
2. Use the facility code KEILOR_EAST | ASCOT_VALE | QUEENS_PARK
3. Create your quick access code – 4 digits
4. ​Select Book/Buy and select the person you want to book for
5. Complete the questionnaire about swimming ability
6. Enrol into your recommended class and select your preferred day and time
Please note you cannot select the concession price in the Active World App. Just choose the standard pricing option when enroling, and your rate will be changed to the concession one upon presenting a concession card at the centre.
