With the opening of Keilor East Leisure Centre fast approaching, membership signups are well and truly underway. By now you might have heard about Active World, the app that will help you manage your account and membership at Keilor East Leisure Centre.
We would like to bring the Active World app closer to you and help you familiarise with its features so you can make the most out of it and use it with ease.
The Active World app was specifically designed to improve your experience with us, giving you greater control of your membership and our programs.
Here are all the things you can do with Active World and some tips for navigating the platform:
1. Downloading and getting started

2. Creating your account and buying a membership
Create your quick access 4-digit code. Select book/buy to buy a membership or a visit pass.3. Account and payments
You can manage your account and payment details or check for your next payment
Card about to expire? Changed your address? It can be all done in a matter of a second and you have the full control over it. Simply update your details in the app and don’t bother making calls or emailing at the centre.
4. Suspensions
You can easily manage all aspects of your membership including sign ups and suspensions. There is no need to call or register online to suspend your account. Simply open the Active World app and handle your suspension with ease.
5. Group Fitness Bookings
Booking a class is now easier than ever. Use the app to check the timetable and a find a time that suits you. Book your class or make changes on your bookings yourself in the app.
