Wurundjeri Land

The Kulin nation is an alliance of five Indigenous Australian nations in south-central Victoria.
These nations are:

  • Woiwurrung - the Wurundjeri people
  • Boonwurrung - the Boonwurrung people
  • Wathaurong - the Wathaurong people
  • Taungurung - the Taungurung people
  • Dja Dja Wurrung - the Dja Dja Wurrung or Jaara people.
Within the Woiwurrung were several clans that had their own distinct territories, including:
  • The Wurundjeri-Willam
  • The Marin Balluk
  • The Kurung Jang Balluk
  • The Balluk Willam
  • The Gunung Willam Balluk
  • The Talling Willam
